Mr. Heejun (June) Park is the CEO of Energy Innovation Partners (EIP) which is the first energy consulting & M&A advisory company focusing on U.S. shale gas, energy infrastructure and power generation investments in Korea. Since 2016 December, he currently serves as a Committee Member of Korea National Energy Council.

Mr. Park acted as the Project Lead for Eureka Midstream-SK Holdings minority interest acquisition project as well as global loan syndication transactions such as US conventional and renewable power plant portfolio transactions led by LS Power, Dominion Resources, Starwood Energy Group, CPV, Ares-EIF, Caithness, etc.

Mr. Park is a seasoned investment veteran who worked at No.1 shale gas producer EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT), a S&P 500 company located in core of Marcellus & Utica basin, over 15 years and the last position held was Vice President of Planning and Processing Improvement. While Mr. Park was working in EQT, his contribution to the projects are as follows: MLP IPO of EQT Midstream (NYSE: EQM), divestiture of Equitable Gas, monetization of Statoil reserve acquisition and vairous M&A transactions.

He earned a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
Mr. Jung Kwon Hur is an Executive Vice President of EIP Investment which is 100% subsidiary of Energy Innovation Partners. Mr. Hur oversees investment and management for energy infrastructure funds and portfolios managed by EIP Investment.

Mr. Hur joined National Pension Service in 2015 and has been managing a wide range of infrastructure investment portfolios with comprehensive knowledge and experiences in infrastructure related sectors. The last position held was Head of Asia Infrastructure Investment Team responsible for investment and management in infrastructure portfolio across domestic market and Asia Pacific region. He managed over $12 billion of asset whereby over 70% was direct investment. Prior to NPS, he worked for Shinhan Bank, a leading bank in Korea at the Overseas Investment Team and started his professional career at FAS division at PwC and Assurance division at E&Y in Korea.

He received a B.A. in Economics from Korea University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license awarded by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea.
Mr. Chang Hoon Lee is a Managing Director and Compliance Officer of Energy Innovation Partners and EIP Investment.

Prior to joining EIP family, Mr. Lee worked at Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. for over 30 years and last position held was Executive Director and Compliance Officer of the firm. He was the key person to adapt internal Risk Management and Compliance regulation within the firm. Mr. Lee also served as President of Compliance Association in 2008 for a year.

He received a B.A. in Public Administration from Yonsei University and completed his Masters in Economics from Yonsei University.
Mr. Jaehyuk (Jay) Chung is a Senior Manager of Energy Innovation Partners (EIP) as well as EIP Investment (100% subsidiary of EIP). Mr. Chung joined EIP since its inception of 2013 and worked on various U.S. Midstream and Downstream transactions. Mr. Chung was involved in numerous global loan syndication transactions such as U.S. conventional and renewable power plant portfolio transactions led by LS Power, Dominion Resources, Starwood Energy Group, CPV, Ares-EIF, Caithness, etc.

Prior to joining EIP, Mr. Chung worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG Singapore RAS (Risk Advisory Services) Department over three years. He performed audit work for more than twenty over companies, both domestic and multinational financial institutions in Singapore such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, ANZ, Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, RBS, DBS, Korea Exchange Bank Singapore Branch, etc. He also performed review on large established financial, manufacturing, telecommunication industries and channel partner software companies covering locations in Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, UK and Thailand. He was also the key member of developing internal compliance audit template which Monetary Authority of Singapore is currently using.

He earned his M.S. in Policy Economics from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Mr. Kyungwan (Kenneth) Yu is a Senior Manager at Energy Innovation Partners (EIP) and EIP Investment (100% subsidiary of EIP).

As a Petroleum Engineer, Mr. Yu manages various R&D (Research & Development) projects led by Korean government arms such as Ministry of Trade Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS), Korea National Oil Company (KNOC), Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM), etc. Some of the key studies he was involved in were MEOR (Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery) Technology Development, Establishment of Natural Gas Technology Roadmap for KOGAS, etc.

In 2017, Mr. Yu was involved in U.S. Midstream company equity acquisition project, Eureka Midstream (Eureka), with one of the conglomerates in Korea, SK Holdings whereby his role was to do the technical and analytical analysis on U.S. Midstream(Gathering & Processing) assets.

He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering (Enhanced Oil Recovery stimulations) from Hanyang University.
Ms. Seo Yoon Moon is an Assistant Manager at Energy Innovation Partners (EIP).

Ms. Moon is a Petroleum Engineer who currently supports various R&D projects within the Company. Ms. Moon’s technical expertise in Petroleum Engineering are pipeline flow assurance, evaluation of shale gas production,EOR (enhanced oil recovery), gas hydrates, etc. During her Master’s program, Ms. Moon wrote several academic papers in flow assurance in petroleum production system.

She earned her BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering (Simulation for Flow Assurance in Petroleum Production Pipeline) from Korea Maritime and Ocean University.
Ms. Jaehyun (Sarah) Kwak is an Assistant Manager at EIP Investment.

Prior to joining EIP, she served as Credit Analysis team professional at Samsung Life Insurance, one of the top insurance companies in Korea. She was involved in various Project Financing, trading and accounting activities within the firm.

She acquired CFA Level1, FRM Part1, OPIc AL and Certified Investment Manager.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Global Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.

Since 2015 EIP has been working on with the experienced advisory team at GrandView Capital in New York on an exclusive basis to select transactions for our Korean clients.

Mike has had 30 years of experience leading hundreds of project finance transactions in the power, oil & gas, mining, paper, telecom and infrastructure sectors. Mike has long-established relationships with individuals at developers, consultants, and leading financial institutions. At HSH Nordbank, Ambac, Deutsche Bank, Credit Lyonnais, Banca Intesa and FGIC, Mike has led project finance teams to structure and underwrite loans and manage multibillion portfolios. Mike has an MBA, LLB and BA.
Mr. Watson has over 20 years of energy and project finance experience, focusing on originating, negotiating, closing, restructuring and monitoring debt financings. David worked for Progress Energy where he structured and priced complex merchant power transactions, including full requirements power sales, heat rate call options and capacity sales. At Dresdner Bank, David structured, analyzed and managed project finance transactions in a wide range of sectors, including, telecom, energy, mining and industrial processing. David earned BA from Brown University and MBA from Duke University.
